I want you to stop focusing on your Competitors.
Business Owners are often looking at competitors and driving their strategy to win in the marketplace. I see some businesses based their entire business model and make decisions about their products, their brand and delivery, because the competitors are doing something different.
If you want to win, then you should focus on how you can add value to your target audience. Focus on ‘Relevancy’ to your audience. Identify their problems and tailor your solution to them. If you win your customers over, then you will beat your competition.
A great example is Netflix – they did not go out there to build bigger DVD/Video stores. They created a new model to cater for the same need.
