I’m sharing a piece of marketing that will help increase your results – generate leads and get you more clients.
It is called the 20, 35, 45 formula.
This is how it goes:
- 20% of results will come from copy/sales – including creative (design)
- 35% of results will come from the type of people you are looking to attract (niche)
- 45% that is going to get them to take action and answer your ad, your email or social media post is your ‘Offer’.
If your offer is terrible, it is going to be hard to get new clients – like pushing ‘sh*t uphill’
When you have a ‘No-Brainer’ offer, it does not matter how fancy (creative) your ad.
Marketing to your prospects needs to do one main thing – Build TRUST. The quicker you do this, the quicker you will get leads and new clients (money in the bank).
What is a real good Offer that Converts?
If your offer is to build trust and give your prospects confidence in you, then a ‘Guarantee’ to get results will draw them closer to you. The aim is to take out the risk of them working with you.
Most businesses aren’t doing this. Which means that you will stand out.
Here are three examples:
- “If you’re not satisfied with the result, we will give you your money back’
- “Trial it for 7 days, and if you don’t like it, just return it back in the original package”
- “If we don’t get you a return on investment, we work for free until we do”
That last example is one we use.
