Waterview in Bicentennial Park is a conference venue located in Sydney’s western suburbs. The company had various marketing agencies working with them in the past to help with online marketing. Results in the past were disappointing according to the client.

Nine Pillars focused on 2 main digital strategies – Google Adwords and SEO to help increase enquiries. Our approach was:

  • Identify the competitors and research their online marketing campaigns
  • Conduct a website audit and amend website pages
  • Developed a Google Adwords campaign with 72 campaigns running at the same time whilst catering for different audiences and products
  • Created and tested various landing pages
  • Add conversion tracking to measure results of specific keywords
  • Tailored content to increase traffic for Organic search words

Results:

  • More than doubled the number of enquiries a day
  • Traffic organically became over 60% of total traffic and enquiries compared to 30% previously
  • Cost per lead from Google Adwords was reduced by around 30% percent resulting in the daily budget getting more clicks and better enquiries
